Step 1:

Step 4:

Add 1 teaspoon of soda, which we extinguish with lemon juice.
Step 6:
Thoroughly mix all the ingredients in a bowl with your hands.
Step 7:
We bring our dough to the state of air crumbs so that the margarine is well rubbed and mixed with flour. Turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
Step 8:
Prepare the filling and put it in a bowl on the 3rd table.L. raspberry jam, 3 table.a liter of apple juice, 0.5 cups of freshly frozen berries, diced pear, 1 tbsp.l. starch, and mix well.
Step 9:
We spread most of the dough evenly into the mold, press it down and place our filling on top.
Step 10:
Cover the filling with a layer of dough, align it and send it to bake for 30 minutes in the oven.
Step 11:
After 30 minutes, turn off the oven and give the pie, the readiness of which is determined by the golden crust, stand in it for another 5-7 minutes and remove the mold.
Step 12:
Moderately sweet and fragrant pie is ready to eat!
