Cooking method
1. Prepare the sauce in order to marinate the tofu. Pour the soy sauce into a deep bowl. Here we also pour onion and garlic powder. Mix it up.
2. Tofu plates are placed in a bowl with marinade. Leave to marinate for half an hour.
3. Meanwhile, let's cook rice. We put it in a saucepan, fill it with water. Mine, after which we drain the water. I wash the rice in this way a couple of times, and then we fill it with clean water.
4. Add salt, send the pan to the fire. When the water boils, turn down the fire. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Then turn off the heat and leave the rice under the lid for another 15 minutes.
5. Then pour rice vinegar into the rice, add salt to taste. Mix it up. Spread the rice on a baking sheet. The baking sheet may not be deep. We distribute the rice evenly. Sprinkle dry furikake spices on top.
6. Remove the tofu from the marinade, put it on a sieve or on a grate with a pallet. It is necessary that all the excess liquid glass. Now cut the pickled tofu into thin strips. The knife should be as sharp as possible so that the tofu does not crumble.
7. We put the tofu in a bowl, add vegan mayonnaise here. Mix very carefully. Here we also add the right amount of chili sauce. Mix it up.
8. Spread the tofu on top of the rice, level it over the entire surface. Sprinkle furikake on top again. We send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 190 degrees. Bake for 15 minutes.
9. Then we spread the baked rice with tofu on pieces of nori leaves and serve on a platter. We serve it on the table immediately. You can add your favorite sauce to taste.
