Cooking method
1. Wash the pepper, dry it.
2. Grease each pepper with oil.
3. Place the peppers on a baking sheet.
4. Bake in the oven for 1 hour at 180 degrees, focusing on your oven.
5. Check the readiness with a wooden skewer - the pepper should be soft and easily pierced.
6. Cool the pepper a little, carefully remove the skin from it, put it on a dish and serve.
