Cooking method
Chop butter or margarine with a knife, melt and cool.
Pour sugar into a bowl, add melted butter, eggs, vanilla and mix everything well.
Gradually introduce the flour sifted and mixed with baking powder and knead the dough (the dough should not be steep).
Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts (1/3 and 2/3).
Put the smaller part of the dough in the freezer for ~ 1 hour.
Spread most of the dough evenly over the baking dish (the dough can be rolled out thinly, or you can lay out a thicker layer).
Mix cottage cheese with egg and sugar and mix until smooth.
Put a layer of curd mass on top of the dough and gently level it with a spoon, melt the chocolate in a water bath and put it on the curd mass.
Get a smaller part of the dough out of the freezer and rub it on a coarse grater on top of the curd-chocolate mass.
Put the pie in a heated to 200 degrees bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
