Step 1:
Preparing the necessary products for a pie with pears and plums.
Step 2:
Eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar are mixed with a mixer.
Step 3:
Add sour cream whey to the mixture.
Step 4:
Add the sifted flour in portions and baking powder. Mix with a spatula until smooth.
Step 5:
I cut the plums into slices.
Step 6:
Peel the pears and cut them into slices too.
Step 7:
I introduce the prepared fruits with a flour mixture, leaving a little for decoration. Mixing it up.
Step 8:
I cover the form with parchment, and lubricate the sides of the mold with butter. I spread the mixture with fruit, level it, decorate the top with slices of plums and pears.
Step 9:
I prepare a powder from 1 tablespoon of sugar, cinnamon and nuts, mix everything with a spoon.
Step 10:
I distribute the powder and pieces of butter on the surface of the pie.
Step 11:
I put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for baking. The pie is cooked for 50-60 minutes, depending on the oven.
Step 12:
Let the finished cake cool down and take it out of the mold.
Step 13:
Cut into portions and serve to the table. Have a nice tea party!!!
