Cooking method
1. Put the butter in a bowl. The oil should be at room temperature, for this it can be put out of the refrigerator in advance. You can also heat it up a little in the microwave, but not to a liquid state!
2. So, pour salt, flour and powdered sugar into a bowl with butter, rub everything into crumbs. We do it with our hands and very quickly, because the oil melts quickly from the warmth of the hands.
3. Spread the egg yolks into the resulting crumb, knead the dough. Here you need to look, if necessary, add a little more flour or a little ice water. It depends on the size of the yolks, the quality of the flour. As a result, the dough should be plastic and not stick to your hands.
4. We put the dough into a baking dish, distribute it with our hands, forming a small side. Rolling out the dough with a rolling pin makes no sense, since it is not elastic and easily breaks.
5. Pour the dried apples with boiling water, leave for about 15 minutes, then drain the water. Cut the apples themselves into small pieces with a knife. The smaller the better.
6. Peanuts are also chopped with a knife, but large. It is better not to use a blender, because the nuts in it are crushed too much.
7. We spread the prepared dried apples, sunflower seeds on the base, and chopped peanuts on top. Fill it all with condensed milk.
8. We send the mold to the oven preheated to 220 degrees. When the surface is well browned, cover the mold with foil. Reduce the temperature to 180 degrees and continue baking for 20 minutes.
Then we cool the pie, cut it into squares and serve it on the table.
