Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients necessary for the recipe in advance.
Step 2:
In a deepened bowl, sift together all the dry ingredients.
Step 3:
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and beat with 40 g of sugar.
Step 4:
Add the remaining sugar to the yolks and beat until creamy.
Step 5:
Gently mix the whipped whites with the yolks and add the sifted dry mixture to this mass. Mix thoroughly into a homogeneous mass.
Step 6:
Then mix water with oil and heat in a steam bath to a boil. Slowly pour the mixture of water and oil into the dough. Mix the dough well until smooth.
Step 7:
Take a suitable mold or a deep frying pan, line it with parchment paper. It is better not to lubricate the paper, the dough will fit more evenly.
Step 8:
Bake at 175 °C for about 40 minutes. Before cutting a biscuit, it should rest a little so that when cutting the dough does not crumble. Then cut into two cakes.
Step 9:
Custard is great for this cake. It goes very well with the banana flavor. Mix the eggs with flour. Mix well.
Step 10:
Pour milk with sugar into a saucepan and bring to a boil over low heat. Slowly pour the mixture of eggs and flour into the boiling mass, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil without ceasing to stir, so that lumps do not form. Then turn off the heat and for another 1 min. continuously reshaping the cream, add vanilla sugar.
Step 11:
Peel the bananas and cut them into thin oval circles.
Step 12:
When all the components are ready, proceed to the design of the cake. Grease one cake with cream and spread banana slices evenly around the perimeter. Similarly, arrange the second cake.
Step 13:
Here we have a very unusual and delicate-tasting cake. A wonderful dessert for a home tea party.
