It's good when there's always something delicious for tea at home. This recipe describes the process of making a very simple cookie, the process will not take much time. The ingredients are simple and affordable, of course it is better to choose proven products of good quality so that the result is 100% pleasing. Butter should be at room temperature, so first you need to get it out of the refrigerator and let it lie at room temperature for a couple of hours.
1. In a deep bowl, spread the softened butter, beat with an electric mixer.
2. Pour sugar into the beaten butter, continue to beat until a fluffy mass is formed.
3. In the resulting mass, break the egg, add pumpkin puree and vanilla, beat until smooth.
4. Now sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, baking soda and tartar, mix. The ingredients should be completely combined with each other.
5. We send the dough to the refrigerator for half an hour. During this time, it will become a little denser.
6. After the specified time, we remove the dough from the refrigerator. We form small balls from it, roll each one in sugar.
7. We line the baking sheet with parchment, place the blanks on it. We send it to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake for 13-15 minutes, until a light golden hue appears.
We leave the cookies on the baking sheet to cool, only after that we remove them.
Served on the table with tea or coffee, also delicious with milk, juice, cocoa.
