Cooking method
1. Break the eggs into a bowl, pour sugar here, beat with a mixer until fluffy.
2. In the protein mass, sift the flour, continue to beat until smooth.
3. Pour the milk into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil, then slowly pour a thin trickle into the dough, while not stopping stirring.
4. Pour rum into the dough, mix.
5. Grease the molds with melted butter, lightly dust with flour, fill with dough for 3/4 of the total volume.
6. We break the chocolate into squares, drop a couple of pieces into each mold. My aronia, we put 4-5 berries in each muffin.
7. We send the molds to the oven preheated to 150 degrees, bake for an hour.
We serve tea or coffee on the table.
