Lean cookies with bananas and raisins

Step 1:
Cookie products.
Step 2:
Soak the raisins in advance in 0.5 cups of water at room temperature for 2 hours.
Step 3:
Then dry.
Step 4:
Mash the banana with a fork into a smooth puree.

Add sugar and butter, mix thoroughly.

You should get a thick dough.

Preheat the oven to 160 °C. Put the dough into muffin molds – about 1 tbsp. l. with a slide in each. Bake in the center of the oven for about 15 minutes. or a little longer. Cool before serving.
