Such cupcakes are convenient to take with you to work. In general, initially I was going to cook a completely different dish, namely chicken nests, but the purchased minced meat turned out to be too watery in consistency and could not keep its shape, and pouring 1-2 more cups of flour into it to thicken it was not part of my plans, so I had to urgently come up with something else. We came up with such cupcakes with interesting fluted sides.
