Step 1:
Prepare the marinade. Remove the zest from half a lemon. Squeeze out the juice from the same half. Add zest, black pepper, salt, thyme, vegetable oil and garlic to it. Mix everything together.
Step 2:
Cut off the extreme phalanges of the wings of the chicken.
Step 3:
The carcass needs to be rubbed with marinade from the outside and from the inside. Put the chicken marinated in this way in a bag, pour the remaining marinade into it.
Step 4:
Tie the bag and leave the chicken for at least an hour. Turn on the oven and preheat to 200° degrees.
Step 5:
Prepare the baking dishes. Slice the zucchini and sour apple thinly and make a pillow for the chicken.
Step 6:
Get the chicken out of the bag.

Shake the seasoning off the outside so it doesn't burn. Put half a lemon inside,

And secure the skin with a toothpick.
Step 9:
Place the chicken on a pillow and cover with foil. Put in the oven for an hour.
Step 10:
After an hour, remove the foil, pour the chicken with the selected juice or vegetable oil and send it back to the oven for about 40 minutes.
Step 11:
During this time, you can pour it with the released juice one more time. Zucchini and apples can be used as an additional side dish.
