Quick Chocolate Cake

The dream of a lazy housewife: fast, simple, inexpensive and very tasty. A very quick cake that has helped out more than once in situations when "guests are almost on the doorstep". By the way, it comes out quite inexpensive on a budget. My family eats it instantly. A real must have for any hostess.

-CAKE-

1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
2. Mix the sifted flour and all the dry ingredients (if you use baking powder, then add at this stage)
3. Put the mold (I have 20 cm) in the oven for a couple of minutes, get it out and lubricate with oil
4. Add milk and butter to the dry ingredients, mix quickly. (if you use soda, then extinguish and add at this stage)
5. Once again, quickly, mix and pour into the mold.
6. Put it in the oven. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Check readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick.

Remove the cake from the mold, let it cool down a little.

-CHOCOLATE GLAZE-
Break the chocolate to it add 4 tbsp.l of milk or cream and butter. Melt and mix until smooth. In the finished glaze, you can add various natural flavors, a little brandy, rum, ground nuts, coconut chips.

Cover the cake with the resulting icing.
