Combine warm kefir with vegetable oil, salt and honey.
Step 3:
Add slaked soda and sifted rye flour. We leave part of the flour for kneading the dough.
Step 4:
Knead the soft, non-sticky dough with your hands.
Step 5:
Roll out the sausage from the dough, cut into 5 parts.
Step 6:
Form a small cake about 1 cm thick from each part.
Step 7:
Put the tortillas on a greased baking sheet, prick with a fork.
Step 8:
Bake rye tortillas in preheated to 200 degrees. oven for 15 minutes.
