Step 1:
Fragrant homemade turkey fillet pastrami.
Step 2:
Dilute the salt in two liters of water and soak the fillet for 2 hours.
Step 3:
After 2 hours, dry the meat with paper towels.
Step 4:
Rub the meat with a mixture of seasonings, vegetable oil and mustard.
Step 5:
Preheat the oven to maximum.
Step 6:
Put the meat on and turn off the oven after 15 minutes. Do not open the door and keep the meat in it for another two hours.
Step 7:
The result is such meat, absolutely fried, but not dry.
