Cooking method
1. Jerusalem artichoke is cleaned, washed, cut into small pieces.
2. We warm up the jar in the microwave, after which we fill it with prepared root vegetables.
3. Pour salt and sugar, add spices: allspice and cloves, pour wine vinegar.
4. Fill the contents of the jar with boiling water, cover with a lid and send it to the oven preheated to 120 degrees, sterilize for 20-25 minutes.
5. We roll up the jar hermetically, turn it upside down, wrap it in a warm blanket, leave it for a day until it cools down completely.
We store the workpiece in the cellar or in the pantry.
