Cooking method
Let's make cookies, everything is very simple:
- we line the baking sheet with parchment, fill the pastry bag with sponge dough;
- we put the cookies on a baking sheet observing a distance of about 4 centimeters from each other;
- we send the baking sheet to the oven preheated to 160 degrees, bake cookies for 15 minutes;
- beat egg whites with sugar to dense stable peaks, lubricate the resulting protein cream cookies and glue the halves together.
We serve tea or coffee on the table.
