1.In a bowl, pour corn and wheat flour, corn bran, sugar, soda and salt, mix.
2. Pour the cream into a separate container, add vegetable oil here and then a mixture of dry ingredients.
3. Mix the dough thoroughly and put it in the prepared form. The form is pre-lubricated with vegetable oil.
4. Bake bread in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 40-50 minutes, depending on the type of oven. We cool the bread without removing it from the mold.
