Grated cake with cloudberries

Easy to prepare, but very tasty cloudberry pie! You can make a pie from fresh or frozen cloudberries, after defrosting them and draining the excess juice. 1. Softened butter is mixed with sugar.
2. Mix eggs with salt and soda and put them in butter. We begin to sift the flour in parts, the resulting dough should not be sticky.
3. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. Then we divide it into two halves. We roll out one and put it in a baking dish, lay out fresh cloudberries and distribute them evenly, sprinkle them with sugar.
4. The second part is grated, immediately on cloudberries. We put the pie in a preheated oven, cook at an average temperature for about half an hour, until golden brown.
