Cooking method
1. Carcasses of partridges are washed and dried. Prepare the sauce, for this we mix fatty sour cream, salt and pepper. Squeeze garlic through the press. Mix all the ingredients and lubricate the sour cream sauce of the partridges. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Finely chop the onion and fry in a frying pan with the addition of vegetable oil. Next, cut the mushrooms and add to the onion, simmer until the liquid evaporates, salt and pepper.
3. Stuffed with mushroom mixture of partridges. We put the bird in a saucepan, pour sour cream sauce and add water. Close the lid and send it to cook in the oven. The dish is prepared for about 40 minutes, after which we remove the lid and cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the partridges turn golden.
