Cooking method
1. Cut the cabbage, put it in a saucepan. Pour a small amount of water and steam under the lid for 10 minutes. We put it in a sieve and drain the water.
2. In the dish, break the eggs, salt and whisk them with a whisk. Add kefir and mayonnaise. Mix, sift flour and baking powder. The dough should not be thick, in consistency, like the dough for pancakes.
3. Chicken fillet is mine, finely chopped or scrolled in a meat grinder. Heat up the frying pan, pour vegetable oil and fry the chicken fillet. After that, mix with cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
4. We put baking paper in the mold, lubricate it with oil. Pour one part of the dough, put the filling in the middle and pour the second part.
5. We put the mold in a preheated 180 degree oven and cook for 35-40 minutes.
