Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare simple products. Clean the fish, wash it, cut off the head, you can leave the fins - it will be more beautiful this way. We also need foil and a baking dish.
Step 2:
We cut the onion into rings.
Step 3:
Wash the lemon, scald with boiling water - for juiciness, and also cut into rings.
Step 4:
Rub the carp carcass with salt and pepper inside and out. No more seasonings are needed, so as not to interrupt the real taste of fish! Onion and lemon will also contribute their flavors. We put the pickled fish in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Turn on the oven to warm up 180 degrees.
Step 5:
Then put 3-4 lemon slices inside the carcass.
Step 6:
Of Foil we take without regret) We put it in two layers. There is no need to lubricate anything, the fish has enough of its own fat. We put onion rings and a few lemon slices on the foil.
Step 7:
Put the carcass of carp on top of the onion.
Step 8:
We seal it very well with foil so that the juices do not leak out, put it in a baking dish and send it to the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. Be guided by your ovens.
Step 9:
After 35-40 minutes, we take out our fish and carefully cut through the foil with a knife from above, as if we open it. We put it in the oven for another 10 minutes so that the fish gets a delicious crust on top. If there is an upper grill, turn it on for 5 minutes, and then 5 minutes without a grill.
Step 10:
Here is our ready-made diet fish. It smells amazing!
Step 11:
We put the fish on the dish. The lemons that were inside are thrown out, they have done their job) We also throw out the onion. Decorate the carp with slices of fresh lemon.
Step 12:
The fish just melts in your mouth! Enjoy your meal!
