Step 1:
Preparing shortbread dough. Mix flour with sugar and cold butter. We grind everything with our hands into crumbs. Add an egg. And knead the dough.
Step 2:
Roll the dough into a bun and wrap it in a film. We'll put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 3:
Making a biscuit. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Prepare breadcrumbs, ground almonds and sugar.
Step 4:
Whisk the whites.
Step 5:
Fry the breadcrumbs in a dry frying pan until golden brown. Let it cool down.
Step 6:
Beat the yolks with sugar until white. Add to them proteins, crackers and ground almonds.
Step 7:
Roll out the shortbread dough on paper. And we put it together with the paper in the form.
Step 8:
My form is 30 by 34 cm. Prick the dough with a fork.
Step 9:
Pour the sponge dough onto the shortbread and put it in the oven preheated to 180C for 30 minutes.
Step 10:
We put the finished cake to cool.
Step 11:
For the cream, whisk the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar and add the cheese. I have Philadelphia.
Step 12:
Spread the cream on top . And put it to cool for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Then cut into squares.
