Step 1:
Preparing the dough. Break one egg, add 2 grams of salt and pour 300 milliliters of water. Mix it up. Add flour and knead the dough. We put it in the refrigerator for one hour
Step 2:
While the dough is infused, prepare the filling. Finely chop the onion and mix with minced meat. Salt, pepper, add thyme, water 50 milliliters and mix well. We put it in the refrigerator.
Step 3:
Divide the dough into four parts and roll out into long bundles, 1, 2 millimeters thick. Lubricate with melted butter and roll into rolls. We put it in the refrigerator for one hour.
Step 4:
We take it out of the refrigerator and roll it out, also 1, 2 millimeters thick. Spread the minced meat all over the dough, leaving the far and one extreme edges empty. Lubricate the edges with a mixture of cream and yolk. Roll up into a roll, and then "snail". Spread on a baking sheet covered with parchment. Lubricate the "burek" with a creamy mixture and sprinkle with cumin.
