Cooking method
1. Pre-defrost the dough in any convenient way (but I advise defrosting at room temperature, just put the dough out of the freezer and leave for half an hour).
2. Roll out the dough into a layer, but not too thin, about 8 mm-1 cm, transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment.
3. Lubricate the surface of the dough with egg yolk.
4. Grate the cheese and sprinkle the dough with it.
5. Cut the layer into small rectangles and send the baking sheet to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 10 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and continue baking for another 5 minutes.
