3. Roll out the dough thinly, the layer should be slightly translucent. To make it easier to roll out, lubricate your hands and the surface of the table with oil. We spread the filling, distribute it evenly and roll it into a roll.
4. We transfer the roll to the form, rolled up in the form of a spiral. For a beautiful golden color, you can lubricate the top of the roll with yolk.
5. Bake on medium heat for 30-40 minutes.
