A fun cake will make your holiday special! Cake "Bear in the north " is very fond of my daughter. It tastes tender, soft, soaked in sour cream. But the main thing for children is decoration and here you need to show imagination. Each cake of this kind can be made unique and inimitable. So, friends, are we experimenting?!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 4 h

1. So, we start cooking:

- whisk sour cream with sugar using a mixer;

- melt butter in the microwave (you can also on fire) and pour it into sour cream;

- sift the flour into a separate bowl together with baking powder and, without ceasing to beat, add the dry ingredients to the sour cream;

- the dough should not be steep, but thicker than pancakes;

- lay out the dough into shapes (I have 2 pieces with a diameter of 26 cm) and bake in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes (depending on the oven).

2. Now you need to bake 2 more cakes, only brown. To do this, we repeat the previous algorithm of actions, only we put a couple of tablespoons less flour, replacing it with cocoa powder. Bake in the same way as white cakes.

3. Prepare the cream. Pour powdered sugar and a little vanilla into the sour cream, mix thoroughly with a spoon (not a mixer!) We let it stand for literally 5 minutes.

4. Nuts are dried in the oven or microwave, coarsely crushed with a sharp knife.

4. Cut each cake in half, smear with sour cream, sprinkle with walnuts. Cakes alternate: black-white-black-white. We send the cake to the refrigerator.

5. In the meantime, let's do the glaze. Put the butter in a saucepan, melt to a liquid state, pour sugar and cocoa powder, mix. We introduce sour cream into the resulting mass, mix it again.

6. Cool the glaze a little, literally by a couple of degrees, then pour it over the cake (both the surface and the sides).

Well, a couple of hours in the refrigerator and the "Bear in the north" is ready! Decorate the cake according to your taste and in accordance with your imagination :)
