Cooking method
1. Take the softened butter (let it lie in your kitchen at room temperature for several hours), mix with 100 grams of sugar and half of the melted bitter chocolate.
2. Whisk the yolks and whites in different dishes. Whites with the remaining sugar are whipped up to a dense foam, so that the proteins are well whipped, the walls of the dishes should be clean and dry.
3. Mix the yolks with the butter, and then carefully introduce the proteins in parts.
4. Mix flour, baking powder and starch and sift through a sieve so that there are no lumps.
5. Add dry ingredients to the dough and mix gently with a whisk.
6. We spread the dough on a greased form and send it to the oven. Cook at 180 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.
7. For the glaze, melt the remaining half of the chocolate, butter and milk in a water bath.
8. As soon as the cake cools down, cut it into 2 cakes. One cake is smeared with orange jam and sprinkled with liqueur. Cover with a second cake and cover the cake with icing.
