Cooking method
Proteins and margarine are left at room temperature for an hour and a half.
Put the softened margarine in a bowl, pour powdered sugar, rub until fluffy.
We introduce egg whites into the resulting mass, beat the mass with a mixer until smooth.
We introduce flour in parts, knead the dough. It should turn out soft so that you can form cookies using a cooking bag.
We choose an asterisk nozzle, fill the cooking bag with dough, put the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
In the center of each flower we lay out the middle of the jam. Bake the kurabye in the oven, preheated to 200-230 degrees, for 10-20 minutes.
It is better not to bake cookies - let them brown slightly and that's it.
Remove from the baking sheet after complete cooling.
Have a nice tea party!
