Cooking method
We put the softened butter in a bowl, pour powdered sugar, rub with a spoon.
We introduce egg whites, and also pour vanilla sugar for flavor.
Mix the mass, then beat it with a mixer into a fluffy and airy mass (about 3 minutes).
Now pour the flour and knead the dough quickly (fast is very important!). First we work with a mixer for about 1 minute, then with our hands. The dough should be of such a consistency that it can be deposited with a pastry syringe.
Immediately after kneading, we transfer the dough into a pastry bag and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment with the help of an asterisk nozzle.
In the center of each cookie we make a small recess and spread the jam.
Bake the kurabye cookies in the oven, preheated to 220-240 degrees, for about 10-15 minutes. We cool the finished pastries and serve them on the table.
