Cooking method
1. Carefully remove the skin from the pike, cut off the tail, clean the fillet itself from the bones. The inner side of the skin is salted and peppered.
2. Finely chopped onion (2 pieces) fry in vegetable oil, then add the mushrooms and simmer until tender.
3. Pike fillet, lard, two onions, garlic, herbs and bread soaked in milk scroll twice through a meat grinder.
4. Add fried onions and mushrooms to the minced meat, two eggs, salt and pepper - mix.
5. Fill the pike skin with minced meat. We put foil on a baking sheet and put onion and carrot cut into a circle on it. Next, put the pike and cover with onions and carrots.
6. Wrap in foil and put in the oven for 1 hour at 200 degrees.
