Mackerel stuffed with Hawaiian mixture

Cooking method
1) We wash and gut the fish, remove the gills, postpone drying.
2) Combine finely chopped garlic, oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper.
3) Rub the insides of the fish with half of the mixture.
4) Stuffing the fish.
5) Pour the remaining mixture from the top.
6) Wrap the fish in foil and leave for half an hour.
7) 170°-180° C bake for ~40 minutes.
