Cooking method
1. Softened butter is ground with sugar.
2. Add egg and mayonnaise.
3. Mix the mass and sift flour with starch and baking powder into it.
4. Knead the dough - it should not stick to your hands.
5. We form the dough into a long sausage (for more convenient twisting through a meat grinder) and, wrapped in cling film, we send it to the freezer for 2 hours.
6. We pass the dough through a meat grinder, cut the twisted dough at intervals of 6-7 cm and, forming cookies, spread it on a baking sheet (previously it needs to be covered with parchment).
7. Turn on the oven at 210 degrees and, when it warms up, we send cookies into it for 7-10 minutes (depending on depending on the power of the oven, focus on the golden color of the cookies).
Call everyone to a tea party - the cookies are ready!
