Liver sausage pies on water

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 hours

1. Boil the potatoes in salted water.
2. Cut the onion into small cubes, and the liver sausage into rings. Fry with a small amount of vegetable oil.
3. Using a blender, we chop the fried ingredients and boiled potatoes.
4. Roll out the dough into a layer, cut out the circles with a glass.
5. We put the filling in the middle of each circle, form pies.
6. We leave the finished products on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil for half an hour.
7. Grease the pies with egg and send them to the oven, preheated to 180-190 degrees.
8. Pies are baked quickly – 25-30 minutes and ruddy products are ready for eating.
