Cooking method
1. Beat the eggs into a thick foam. Gradually, whipping, add sugar.
2. Sift flour, combine with egg-sugar mixture and mix.
3. Extinguish the soda with vinegar and add to the dough. Mix it up. The dough will turn out not thick, but lush.
4. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet.
5. Pour small pancakes with a spoon and bake them at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes. They should turn red.
6. Cool the finished pancakes.
7. For the cream, mix sour cream and condensed milk.
8. For the glaze, melt the butter in a bowl, add sugar, sour cream and cocoa. Cook until the sugar melts and the mass becomes homogeneous. Add the chocolate and melt it.
9. Dip each pancake in the prepared cream and lay out a turtle figurine.
10. Pour the cooled icing over the cake.
11. The cake should be soaked for 2-3 hours.
