Cooking method
1. Dissolve yeast in milk.
2. Combine milk with beaten eggs, add 125 grams of sugar, softened butter and vanilla sugar.
3. Combine the flour with salt and sift, add the mixture and knead the dough.
4. Let the dough stand for 1-1.5 hours.
5. Rinse the poppy and soak it in warm water for 20 minutes.
5. Combine cinnamon, poppy seeds and 250 grams of sugar.
6. Roll out the dough, put a mixture of sugar, poppy seeds and cinnamon on it, twist a tight roll and cut it into pieces.
7. Bake the buns for 45-50 minutes at 160 degrees.
8. You can pour the finished buns with a classic cream cheese sauce, or you can just pour honey. I prefer the second option.
