Cooking method
The flour needs to be sifted, and the jelly crumbled. Then combine these ingredients with baking powder in a deep bowl.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. First, beat the whites into a steep foam, and then add the yolks to them and beat again.
Pour the resulting mixture to the dry ingredients and knead with a spoon or spatula until smooth. The dough will turn out liquid.
Line a split baking dish with parchment and pour the dough into it.
Bake at 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Check the readiness of the biscuit after it is lifted and browned with a toothpick.
Cool the cake a little in the mold, and then send it to the grill to cool completely.
Divide the cooled cake into two parts.
Now you can start the cream: beat condensed milk with soft butter, add sour cream and beat again.
Soak the cakes with your favorite syrup.
Smear the cakes with cream and send them to the refrigerator overnight for impregnation.
In the morning, prepare the glaze: combine all the ingredients, heat in a water bath until the sugar dissolves and slightly thickens.
Pour the cake with the cooled glaze and leave for an hour and a half until it hardens.
Decorate the finished cake as desired.
Serve the cake on the table with tea or coffee and a good mood!
Bon appetit!
