Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Making a biscuit. Divide the eggs into whites and yolks.
Step 2:
Whisk the whites with sugar and cold water to peaks. Then add the yolks. At the end, add flour with starch and baking powder. Stir everything with a whisk.
Step 3:
Pour our mass on paper. I have a sheet 38 by 40 cm.
Step 4:
Smear the dough.
Step 5:
Bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 8-10 minutes. We take it out and immediately turn it over on a towel. Let's remove the paper. And cut the edges. The finished biscuit is smeared with a brush with liqueur. You can take any liquor.
Step 6:
Whisk 200ml cream with powdered sugar (50 gr) and vanilla sugar. I also add cream whipping powder. But there is cream in which it is already there. Therefore, do as you usually whip.We drain the tangerines from the juice. And spread it on the cream.
Step 7:
Cut the layer into strips 6 cm wide. I got 4 pieces. Roll one up and put it in the middle of the dish.
Step 8:
Wrap the rest of the strips around. I smeared the top with the remaining cream.
Step 9:
Fasten around with a special ring. And we put it in the refrigerator. I cleaned up for the night.
Step 10:
The next day I made such a hare. We take marzipan and knead it with cocoa. While leaving a little light marzipan. We form a ball, this is the body of a hare. We make paws. And we make a tail out of white, dip it in coconut. Here is such a hare turns out. The tail, so as not to fall off, I fixed it with a toothpick.
Step 11:
Remove the ring from the cake. Beat another 100ml of cream with 25g of powdered sugar. And we coat the sides.
