Rub cottage cheese with sugar and yolk.

Sift flour with baking powder and vanilla. Knead the soft dough.

We form small balls from the dough, I got 14 pieces. We put them on a greased baking sheet.

Bake cookies at 190 degrees. 15-20 minutes until golden brown.

While the cookies are cooling, make the glaze. Sift the powdered sugar.
Step 9:
Add the juice squeezed from the orange. I didn't have an ordinary orange, but a red one, so the juice is this color.
Step 10:
Add water to powdered sugar with juice, rub everything well and cook over low heat until thickened.
Step 11:
We apply the hot glaze arbitrarily on the cookies. If the glaze freezes, you can reheat it, adding a little water if necessary.

The orange in the recipe can be replaced with lemon, then the cookies will be curd-lemon. So you can diversify the taste of baking.
