Cooking method
1. In a bowl, break the eggs, add carob, sugar and salt to them.
2. Melt the butter (I do it in the microwave) and pour it into the rest of the ingredients.
3. Sift the flour together with baking powder, add to a bowl and knead the dough.
4. Chocolate needs to be crumbled, then put it in the dough and mix everything well.
5. The bowl with the finished dough should be covered with cling film and put in a cold place for 15-20 minutes.
6. Put parchment on a baking sheet.
7. The most interesting and responsible stage is the formation of cookies. For one cookie, you need about a tablespoon of dough. Directly with your hands, make a small bun out of it, put it on a baking sheet. In the center, make a recess that you fill with peanut butter. Now you need to take a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball and flatten it into a flat cake, which cover the cookies with the filling on top and press well.
8. Such cookies are baked quite quickly - no more than 10 minutes at 180 degrees. The main thing is not to over-dry.
9. Before serving cookies to the table, let it cool completely.
Enjoy!
