Cottage cheese casserole with xylitol

Cottage cheese casserole without sugar is the perfect breakfast for health! I love all cottage cheese and especially cottage cheese casseroles. It's just a taste of childhood! But for quite a long time I have been trying not to eat sugar. But I decided not to give up my favorite delicacy - I bake casseroles with a sweetener, namely xylitol. Just as sweet, but less harmful.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 45 min

1. Place the cottage cheese in a suitable container. It is better to take low-fat cottage cheese, with grains, ideally homemade.
2. Add xylitol and salt, whisk. Put half of the xylitol first, then add a little of the rest - adjust the sweetness to your taste.
3. Break the eggs to the cottage cheese, whisk everything together with a blender.
4. The baking dish must be greased with oil, then pour the mixture into it.
5. Put the mold in a hot oven (180 degrees Celsius), cook until browned (20-25 minutes).
6. Hold the finished casserole in the mold for 5-10 minutes, then remove.

Serve a delicious casserole to the table, sprinkled with powder or sprinkled with sour cream.

Bon appetit!
