Cottage cheese casserole with xylitol

Cooking method
1. Place the cottage cheese in a suitable container. It is better to take low-fat cottage cheese, with grains, ideally homemade.
2. Add xylitol and salt, whisk. Put half of the xylitol first, then add a little of the rest - adjust the sweetness to your taste.
3. Break the eggs to the cottage cheese, whisk everything together with a blender.
4. The baking dish must be greased with oil, then pour the mixture into it.
5. Put the mold in a hot oven (180 degrees Celsius), cook until browned (20-25 minutes).
6. Hold the finished casserole in the mold for 5-10 minutes, then remove.
Serve a delicious casserole to the table, sprinkled with powder or sprinkled with sour cream.
