Cut chicken breast into small cubes, boil in boiling water with bay leaf, salt and pepper (3 minutes).
Step 3:
Peel the potatoes, cook until tender (20-30 minutes). Cut the finished potatoes into cubes. Boil hard-boiled eggs (for 10 minutes), cool in running water. Transfer the finished breast and sliced potatoes to a large bowl.
Step 4:
Peel boiled eggs from the shell, cut into cubes and add to a bowl with chicken breast and potatoes.
Step 5:
Cut cucumbers and radishes into cubes, add to other ingredients.
Step 6:
Finely chop the green onion and dill, add to the bowl.
Step 7:
Mix kefir, carbonated water and vinegar in a plate.
Step 8:
Add salt and pepper to the okroshka base, add ground cilantro, mix well. Arrange on deep plates.
Step 9:
Pour kefir mixture, mix. Serve the okroshka chilled.
