Delicious okroshka with chicken on kefir

Traditional summer dish. Satisfy your hunger even on the hottest day! For me, the taste of okroshka on kefir is an integral component of summer since childhood. In the warm season, it can sometimes be so hot that you don't even want to think about hot food, and your stomach requires food. That's where this simple to genius recipe comes to the rescue. It is also convenient that the basis for the okroshka can not be poured with kefir, but mixed with mayonnaise or sour cream - you will get a sufficiently satisfying and at the same time refreshing salad. The advantage of this recipe is the use of boiled chicken breast as a meat component. It has a delicate taste and a unique aroma, which is only enhanced by the addition of bay leaf during cooking. It is impossible to resist such okroshka!
