The cabbage head is cut in half together with the stalk.
We take water at the rate of 800 ml per 200 g of cabbage.

You need to cook cabbage for about a quarter of an hour on medium heat.
Ready-made cabbage broth is cooled and taken daily before bedtime. At the same time, at least two hours should pass after the last meal.

Also very often in this broth I stew cabbage rolls. I pour a decoction of cabbage into a stewpan instead of water.
