Cooking method
1. Waffles. Dilute the soda in kefir and leave for a minute. Add sugar and butter, mix well. Add flour and knead the batter, the thickness is about the same as for pancakes. Flour may need a little more or a little less. Preheat the waffle iron. Bake the waffles. If there is no waffle iron - this dough can be cooked in a frying pan, only turn it over when one side is baked. Bake all the waffles and let them cool.
2. Cream. Mix the soft butter and boiled condensed milk. If desired, add cocoa or ground coffee.
3. Assembly. Chop the almonds. For a bright taste, you can pre-fry it. Assemble the cake by smearing each waffle with cream and sprinkling with a small amount of almonds. Brush the top liberally with cream and sprinkle with nuts. Cool-soak the cake in the refrigerator for several hours.
