In a bowl, mix warm water, salt, vegetable oil.

Add flour.

Knead the soft dough. If necessary, add 1 tbsp flour. Cover the dough and let it stand for 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, we prepare the filling. Cut the tomato into half rings about 0.5 cm thick . Sprinkle with basil.

Cheese is also cut into plates.
Step 7:
Roll out the dough into a round layer, transfer it to a greased baking sheet with a rolling pin. The edges are rolled out thinner than the middle.

Sprinkle some basil on the center.
Step 9:
Spread the filling, alternating slices of tomato and cheese, not reaching 3-4 cm to the edge.
Step 10:
Bend the edges to the center. Bake at 180 degrees. 40-45 minutes.
