Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Chop nuts with a knife, do not grind
Step 2:
Pour prunes with hot water for 10 minutes. Dry it. I have a large one, I cut it in half. It is better to leave it intact
Step 3:
Peel apples from the middle and chop coarsely
Step 4:
Rub the soft butter with granulated sugar. I used a mixer.
Step 5:
Continuing to mix, add one egg at a time
Step 6:
Add flour sifted with baking soda, mix
Step 7:
Add half of the nuts to the dough, mix
Step 8:
Cover the baking dish with baking paper and pour the dough into it
Step 9:
Put apples and prunes on the dough, pressing them into the dough. Sprinkle the remaining nuts and brown sugar on top. Put in the oven, preheated to 180 g, for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal. I didn't have time to take a picture of the whole pie, they pulled it apart in pieces
