Cooking method
1. In a suitable sized bowl, mix the sifted flour - wheat and corn.
2. Add milk, olive oil, sugar, salt and baking powder.
3. Knead the dough. It will turn out quite cool.
4. Add flax seeds to the dough and knead it again so that the seeds are evenly distributed. Flax seeds are added as desired. They can be replaced with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, ground nuts, etc.
5. Roll out the dough into a layer 3-5 mm thick, then cut it into squares.
6. Cover the baking sheet with foil or parchment paper, put the future crackers on top and put them in a preheated oven to 190 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
