Cooking method
1. Puree strawberries with a blender until smooth.
2. Add granulated sugar and mint. Mix thoroughly.
3. We line the baking sheet with parchment or a silicone mat and spread the strawberry puree with a spatula in an even layer about 5 mm thick.
4. Put in the oven, preheated to 60-70 ° C, for 6-8 hours, until the pastille dries completely and becomes smooth.
5. Carefully remove the pastille from the parchment, cut into strips and roll into rolls. For long-term storage, we put it in a jar and close it tightly. Or immediately rush to try with tea.
