Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Mix margarine, milk, sugar, salt and vegetable oil in a saucepan. Put on a small fire. Do not boil. Margarine and sugar should melt.
Step 2:
Pour the melted mixture into a deep container. Add sour cream. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Add flour (about 2 cups at first) and yeast. Mix it up. Gradually adding flour, we continue to knead the dough. The amount of flour depends on its quality, i.e. you may have more or less of the specified amount. The dough should not stick to your hands. At the same time, it should be soft and elastic.
Step 4:
Sprinkle the container with flour. We put the dough there, cover it with a towel. Put in a warm place for lifting.
Step 5:
After about 40-50 minutes, the dough will increase in volume by 2 times. Knead, leave for the second ascent.
Step 6:
The second time the dough will rise faster. We mince and you can do buns.
Step 7:
Sprinkle the table with flour. Divide the dough into 4 parts.
Step 8:
We take one part and roll it out 0.5 mm thick. Lightly lubricate with vegetable oil.
Step 9:
Sprinkle sugar and poppy seeds on top.
Step 10:
Roll up the dough into a roll
Step 11:
Cuts about 3 cm thick. Pinch one side-it will be the bottom. Straighten the top of the bun
Step 12:
Leave for proofing for 15 minutes. Then spread on a greased baking sheet. Lubricate the buns with beaten egg. Bake in the oven until browned.
Step 13:
Grease the finished buns with butter.
