Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
My set of products. Preliminary preparations:grate cheese, lightly fry bacon, mince - salt, pepper and fry until half cooked. The dough may not be yeast, you can take the purchased puff pastry, it will turn out no worse.
Step 2:
At this stage, turn on the oven to preheat, up to 220 degrees. We pinch off a piece of dough, "roll out " by hand in the form of a circle. We put our filling: a pinch of suluguni cheese, a pinch of cheddar, a little bacon and minced meat. This time, instead of onions, I used onion powder, sprinkle a little of our filling.
Step 3:
Pinch the bun slightly stretching the dough, the main thing here is maximum accuracy so that the delicate yeast dough does not break.
Step 4:
Lightly beat the egg white and use a brush to coat the buns.I had some grated parmesan and I sprinkled them on the buns, it turned out quite appetizing.
Step 5:
Lubricate the mold with vegetable oil and place the pizza buns at a small distance from each other so that the dough can rise sufficiently. We send the form to the oven for 15-20 minutes, the buns should turn brown. The wonderful smell in the kitchen will not let you miss this moment :)
Step 6:
This is how our buns look in 15 minutes!
Step 7:
And this is how yummy looks in the cut. Already salivating flowed:) Bon appetit!
